Services & Programs

The process begins during our first telephone call when we schedule a free in-home assessment.

When we meet, we will review the home for safety hazards, get to know you and your family's concerns and objectives and discuss a Care Plan. The Care Plan is a comprehensive overview of our client’s overall health, challenges he or she may be facing, schedules that need to be maintained, activities that may be encouraged, household responsibilities and emergency contact information.

The Interview Process

Each client’s needs are unique and matching our clients with a kind and compassionate caregiver that has experience with their particular condition such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Diabetes, Hip Replacement, etc. is a priority.  Like many of our senior clients, our care staff also has special talents and are excellent cooks, great conversationalist, love gardening, or play musical instruments and our clients often benefit from sharing those interests together.

Prior to starting the assignment, we will introduce you to the caregiver that meets all your specific requirements.  We will arrange an introduction at your home, office or hospital setting for an informal interview so you can address any questions or concerns you may have.

Beginning the Assignment

The first day on your assignment, our caregiver will review the Care Plan, become familiar with the home setting and spend quality time getting to know you and your loved one.   Our caregivers are kind and caring and experienced at knowing just how to make the first day a very special one.
